Aimtohealth sells the Aimtohealth Pulse Oximeter (model BM1000E), a CE-marked Class [confirm class, typically Class IIa] medical device manufactured by Shanghai Berry Electronic Tech Co., Ltd., with Prolinx GmbH (Germany) acting as Authorized Representative in the European Community.

Important medical disclaimer:

  • This device is intended for adults only and is designed for occasional, spot-check monitoring of blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate. It is not intended for continuous monitoring, diagnosis, or treatment of any medical condition.
  • Readings are for personal reference only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional to interpret results or if you have any health concerns.
  • This device should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
  • Do not use on children, infants, or newborns.

1.3 Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email.

1.4 Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment providers.

1.5 Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, and receive a refund.

⚠️ Decision needed: Health and hygiene-related products (like a device intended for skin contact) can often be excluded from the right of withdrawal once the protective seal/packaging has been opened, under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU — but only if this exception is clearly stated in your terms before purchase, and only for the specific hygiene reason (not a blanket exclusion). Decide with your lawyer whether to:

  • Offer the full 14-day withdrawal right regardless of whether the seal is broken, or
  • Apply the hygiene-seal exception (unopened box only)

1.6 Warranty
